Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Gray Pluto. As a specialized home decor provider, we curate and ship our products directly from our global partners to ensure the best possible pricing for our customers. To maintain these competitive prices, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
The "Final Sale" Policy: Because of the logistical challenges and environmental impact of international shipping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," buyer's remorse, or stylistic preferences.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. We offer full refunds or free replacements for items proven to be damaged during transit or defective from the factory.
Requirement for Claim: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any damage. Please email support@graypluto.com with the following:
-Your Order Number
-Clear photos of the damaged item
-Photos of the shipping packaging (including the shipping label)
-Once the damage is verified, we will process a replacement or a full refund back to your original payment method immediately. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, wrong size, or completely different product), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item received. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
3. Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped by our fulfillment partners, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund while the package is in transit.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. Gray pluto is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery. If a package is deemed "lost in transit" by the carrier (no tracking updates for more than 30 days), we will issue a full refund or replacement.
5. Product Descriptions & Colors
Please note that due to variations in monitor settings and professional photography
lighting, the actual color of home decor items may vary slightly from what appears on yourscreen. These minor variations do not qualify as "defective" or "incorrect items."
